We know this is where you talk about tender things. Here's what actually happens to what you share with Auria — no fine print.
Where are conversations stored?
On European servers, in Frankfurt (Germany), inside the European Union. We chose Europe on purpose: to keep your data close and under the strictest protection rules.
Are they recorded?
Your voice is not kept as an audio recording. During the session what you say is transcribed into text, so Auria can understand you and respond. Only if you've turned memory on does a short, encrypted summary of that session remain. With memory off, we don't keep the content beyond the session.
Can I delete them?
Yes, whenever you want. From your space you can delete the memory of any single session and the "picture" Auria has of you. You can also ask us to erase your whole account by writing to [email protected]. And if you try a first session without signing up, that data deletes itself after 30 days.
Who can read them?
No one. The content is encrypted (AES-256), with the keys kept separate from the database: not even we can read it. Our internal panel never shows the text of your sessions — by design, not by chance.
Are they used to train the AI?
No. We don't use your conversations to train artificial-intelligence models, and we choose technology providers with clauses that forbid using them to train theirs.
Can I turn memory off?
Yes. Memory is off by default: you choose it, and you can turn it on or off whenever you like from your space. With memory off, each session stands alone and leaves no trace once it ends.
In short: it's yours. You decide what Auria remembers, and you can change your mind at any time.
